Cancellation & Refund Policy

IncyWincy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • In case of un-deliverable / in-correct address or non-availability to receive the package, the order will be returned to origin by the courier company. In such a scenario the order will be cancelled after the receipt of the package at the origin, and refund will be issued after deduction of the shipping amount (including both to and fro charges). 

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items you may either:

    • Report the same to our Customer Service team (8123227621 or info.IncyWincy@gmail.com) along with photo(s)/video(s) of the damaged product.

    • File return from the order tracking page. Remember to add photo(s)/video(s) as applicable along with the appropriate reason for return.

Note: Take above action with-in 48 hours (2days) of receiving the delivery. Beyond which the request will not be considered.​​​

  • The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within with-in 48 hours (2days) of receiving the products.

  • Also, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours (2days) of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the IncyWincy, it’ll take 4-7 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

  • For anything specific, not explicitly mentioned above will be resolved by IncyWincy on case-to-case basis.
